Helping You Connect & Learn
We provide two community experiences. Our secure site is available for active/reserve military in law enforcement and ATFP roles. We also have public discussion boards where you can talk and have fun with others in the community. Both are free to join/use separately or together.
1.
Secure Community

Our Law Enforcement secure community is found on the FBI’s JusticeConnect via LEEP (to join for free: https://www.cjis.gov). Our Community of Interest (COI) on JusticeConnect allows you to network, discuss (message board), and share information (up to unclassified/law enforcement sensitive). Available to active duty military or law enforcement only.

2.
Private Group

An important and fun part of our community is discussions! Join our Facebook Group to engage in a variety of public discussions. Find old shipmates, mentor others, discuss topics, etc. Facebook Group is brand new as of June of 2025. For law enforcement sensitive/confidential discussions please use our secure site (FBI JusticeConnect COI).
3.
Knowledge Sharing

There is a lot to learn and know, and one way is from those with years of experience! Use our JusticeConnect COI’s new knowledge base to find (and share!) a variety of information contributed by members, and other information in one central spot. This doesn’t replace any official materials you have but aspires to provide a way to unofficially pass along knowledge and lessons learned.
4.
Support & Guidance

Our secure site on FBI JusticeConnect provides a way to securely share knowledge, files, links, training, in one location. You can also use our Facebook group discussion, files, and guides to share unrestricted (non-sensitive) information.
We have decentralized membership by providing two great options for you to choose from (or use both!):
Option 1: FBI JusticeConnect (Active Duty Only)

- Using the FBI’s Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP) we have a secure community of interest (“CoI”) for the NAVCOPS Network.
- This secure portal allows you a place to discuss, share files, learn, and more, all in a law enforcement sensitive (LES)/CUI environment.
- First join LEEP at https://www.cjis.gov and then join our community there (active duty/law enforcement only). If you use this option, you do not need to complete the form below. Note that you likely already have a LEEP account if you are using eGuardian. Contact the LEEP help desk if you need assistance in connecting to the JusticeConnect service on there and joining our community.
- Click here for an informational flyer and instructions on how to find the group on JusticeConnect
Option 2: Facebook Group (Active Duty & Veteran/Retired)

- Facebook Groups has become a popular way for people to have a place to discuss topics. We feel this provides a way that those on active duty and retired/veterans can all participate.
- NO classified or restricted communication is allowed on the Facebook Group. Remember OPSEC/INFOSEC.
- If you’d like access to the Facebook Group, request access directly on the website by answering the membership questions.
